💎 Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Necklaces may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the conditions below.

✨ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused
• Must be in its original SJ packaging
• Must not show any signs of damage, scratches, or perfume exposure
• Proof of purchase is required

If approved, returns will be issued as:

Store credit, or

Exchange for another item of equal value

We do offer cash refunds once the item is proven defective upon arrival.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly resolve the issue promptly.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service, as SJ is not responsible for lost return parcels.
